Today was a gorgeous day! I’m so lucky to be able to do what I love. Photography is my passion, my hobby, my enjoyment, my release. Never does it feel like a job.

Maya and I played outside on this sunny Sunday. She let me snap some pics of her and her many expressions!

Happy 2009!! Time seems to be flying by quicker ever since I’ve had Maya. I guess it’s because I’m having so much fun with her! In this, the New Year, I look forward to watching her grow, live, and experience life. Most of all, I look forward to seeing life through her eyes!

Here are some images from an outing we had to the Lufkin zoo! We were so lucky that there was hardly anyone there! Maya was able to run around on her own and I was able to enjoy being with her without being worried. She absolutely LOVED every minute of it! She was chasing around the peacocks and saying “HI” and “BYE” to all the animals!

This was a great session with a fun family! I love just caputuring families where they feel the most comfortable….their homes! It really does make a difference in how people interact with one another. If they are comfortable with their surroundings it show in the final images and I think the Demmon’s are proof of this.

Please excuse me….I haven’t blogged in a while! Since today is New Years Eve, I think I will make a resolution to blog atleast every week…or maybe every other week! No…I’ll try every week! But does anybody even look at my blog?

Here she is…yet again! I was really lucky to get these shots. My girl CANNOT sit (or stand) still! She’s constantly on the move. And as soon as I bring my camera up to my eye she darts, looks away and never looks back!
