One of the things I enjoy most about second-shooting at weddings are the details! I love detail shots and getting to be creative! Here are some details from a wedding I shot with Nikki Guest Photography back in March at The Santuary at Water Oak in Conroe, Texas! This was a Spanish themed wedding and every detail about the wedding was well thought out! Lots of color, fruits and vegetables in the flower arrangements, cigar bar, and the couples love of golf were displayed in such an elegant way! More from this wedding coming soon!

It’s always fun to do something that you normally wouldn’t do! I’ve done real estate photography in the past, but never really pursued it completely…but it’s fun to shoot, especially when you get to shoot at location so spectacular! My friend Vikki owns a beach house in Galveston and has decided to rent it out for the Spring and Summer months. She recently redid the entire house and as you can see she has fabulous taste! The house is absolutely gorgeous! She has done such a fantastic job of designing and decorating, picking out paint and tile and just creating a soothing environment! I had such a great time with this and am looking forward to shooting more rental properties in the future! Enjoy!

Here are some images form my time in Las Vegas! I was there attending WPPI (wedding and portrait photographers international) and also took a SENIOR workshop and shoot-out called LUXE LAS VEGAS hosted by 5 very well known photographers in the community! I had a blast! Check out these beautiful girls I had the pleasure of shooting! Every single one of them was GORGEOUS and knew how to work the camera! I came away from the workshop and back to Houston with killer new posing ideas and the need to continue shooting SENIORS!!!! More to come!
